These terms set out the policy regarding the processing of customers' personal data collected:

Purpose of the collection
The personal data collected from customers primarily serves the purpose of enabling the provision of the par-hotel services offered by the data controller, as well as managing the customer relationship.
The purpose may also be to comply with applicable regulatory obligations, for example to fill out a stay form.
The data may be used to subscribe to a newsletter, if the customer has consented to receiving such information.
Any transmission of data to the data controller's partners will be approved in advance by the customer on the specific form concerned.
Data retention
Personal data is kept for the duration necessary to carry out the hotel services and other services requested by the customer.

- Specific provisions specific to accounting or tax documents (invoices …)
- Data retention: 3 years from the last request regarding the contact details of a prospect;
- Conservation of the residence cards for 12 months.
