The establishment is entirely non-smoking and pets are not allowed.
Special conditions In the event of major restrictions imposed by public authorities directly related to a pandemic – such as confinement, border closures, strict restrictions on travel, or the complete closure of the resort – preventing access to the chalet during the reserved period, a postponement of the stay or a refund may be considered upon written request from the signatory customer.
Payment terms : A deposit equivalent to 50% % of the reservation amount is requested in the week following the confirmation of the reservation. The balance must be paid no later than one month before the start of the stay.
